Even the best equipment needs occasional servicing to keep operating at its best, and we offer the on-going support by a team of expert engineers to ensure water softener systems stay reliable and helping home and business customers deal with breakdowns fast. When you have a problem with your water softener however we always offer three options in order to get it up and running again.
Our team of engineers really do know their stuff and will always aim to repair your water softener on the spot. We keep our vans stocked with replacement parts and will always be honest as to the best solution to your issues. On occasion we may need to take your softener back to our workshop or order in specialist parts. We have often got water softeners working again that have appeared to have given up so your first option will always be a repair if it is possible.
Sometimes there are just too many parts which would need replacing in order for your water softener to work as it should. In these case, we can offer a complete refurbishment on the internal workings of your current machine, keeping the outer cabinet and lids as they are.
We will always endevour to get your water softener up and running whenever possible, even if this takes several attempts. Unfortunately, like everything, they do have a lifespan (albeit a long one) so sometimes the only option is to replace with a new model. We would never suggest this unless we have looked into all possiblities with repair and refurbishment first so you can trust that you are always given the best advice. Luckily, in most cases, the only cost involved is that of a new machine as the pipework and bypass systems are already in place so we would not need to charge for an installation fee. If a repair on your original softener has failed to do the trick, we will take this initial cost of the price off a new machine so you are never unfairly charged.
