Three weeks after having the softener I’m convinced it was the right thing to invest in. No more limescale, softer hair and skin. No scrubbing my shower screen, no scum on my hot drinks, no white marks on my black kitchen sink. Tristan was friendly and explained everything well. There was no sales pressure. One of life’s nice guys! The fitter, Adam was equally lovely and the cleanest and tidiest workman I’ve ever known. I went to work and left him to it! I got a bonus outside garden tap (should I ever be inclined to wash my car or windows…). It wasn’t a simple job because my pipes are a bit unusual and hard to find, but Adam really knew his stuff! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and already have to anyone who’ll listen! 5 stars for sure. If you’re thinking of it, do it!

We thought about water softener
from long time and have to say it was right investment in our house and our life. Amazing drinking water filter and water softener changed our life. No more plastic bottles wasted no more deep cleaning of lime scale. It is just amazing without doubt. Great service provided by Adam who is the kindest and knowladgeble plumber in the world. We came across many people in the house to do some work and he was just perfect from the start to finish. Appreciate the fact that all work took just one long day and also that we could trust to leave house in his hands. If you read this you already know what you looking for… without the doubt the best service we ever had worth any penny we spend.

Excellent service from Aquasoft UK. Engineer was on time, courteous and friendly whilst carrying out a full service to the Harvey Water Softener which had started to overflow. Identified very quickly the reason for the malfunction and fitted the relevant required new parts. Also replaced an isolation valve and changed the overflow arrangements to prevent any similar incidences. Would certainly recommend this company – I was impressed.
