We are thrilled to announce that as of the 1st April 2021, Aquasof Softeners and Salt has officially become part of Aqua Soft!
Aquasof Softeners & Salt was created through the merger of Absolute Soft Water & Aquasof Salt (Herne Bay). A Kent based family run business with over 30 years’ experience, they have been supplying water softeners, drinking water filters and of course salt products to homes and businesses across the county.
Absolute Soft Water was established by Peter Grant in 2008. Peter had previously gained 25 years experience installing water softeners, kitchens and bathrooms with Voyce of Bromley. When one of the shop’s owners sadly passed away and the family decided to close the store, Peter took over the water softening side of the business and Absolute Soft Water was born. Peter put together his 25 years’ experience working with water softeners and Voyce's love for customer service to build the ethos for Absolute Soft Water.
Since then, supplying customers with honest advice, affordable servicing options and the best deals on upgrading their softeners has been their main priority and something they pride themselves on. Their high standards have ensured that the existing customers have had the best possible service and all new customers got the best soft water solution to suit their needs and, of course, their budget. The hard work of the fantastic team made them one of the most successful independent water softener suppliers in Kent.
Aquasof Salt is a domestic salt delivery service originally based in Herne Bay supplying homes and businesses throughout Kent for over 30 years. In 2013 the business was taken over by Peter who, with the help of his daughter Debbie, continued to grow the business by offering competitive prices for quality salt products.
Aquasof joining us at Aqua Soft is an extremely positive move for us all. The combination of two very strong teams means that our knowledge, quality, customer service and product range is now greater than ever before.
Another great benefit is that Aquasof have a fantastic salt shop already set up for regular deliveries all around Kent (meaning that you no longer need to wait for Tristan to be in the area!). Salt can be ordered on line and also over the phone with deliveries happening on a frequent basis. Already at a lower price than what we have previously been able to offer, there are also multibuy price reductions for those who would like to stock up.
