A basic health check is £90 inc VAT. Repair visits start from £139 inc VAT (major parts are charged separately).

A: Yes, absolutely. We service all makes and models regardless of where the softener was purchased or who installed it. If you’re unsure what make you have, our engineer will identify it on arrival.

A: Common signs include limescale reappearing on taps or appliances, soap not lathering as well as it used to, the system regenerating more or less frequently than normal, or the unit making unusual noises. If your softener hasn’t been serviced in more than 12 months, it’s worth booking a check regardless of whether you’ve noticed any issues.

A: Most service visits take between 60 and 90 minutes. If additional repair work is needed, this may take longer, but we aim to resolve everything in a single visit wherever possible.
