Should I buy or rent a water cooler?

It depends on your usage and budget. Renting spreads the cost and usually includes maintenance, while buying works out cheaper over the long term. We'll talk you through both and recommend what makes sense for you.

What's the difference between mains-fed and bottled coolers?

A mains-fed cooler plumbs into your water supply and filters it, so there's an unlimited supply and no bottles to store or change. A bottled cooler needs no plumbing and can go anywhere, but you'll need to keep bottles in stock.

Do you provide maintenance and sanitisation?

Yes. We offer planned maintenance, regular filter changes and sanitisation to keep every machine hygienic and performing well, all handled by our own engineers.

Can I get hot water as well as cold?

Yes. Our hot and cold units and boilers give you instant chilled water for drinking and hot water for tea and coffee, all filtered from the same machine.

Are water coolers only for offices?

Not at all. They suit offices, gyms, salons, schools, waiting rooms and plenty of other settings across Kent. Many of the same businesses also fit commercial water softeners. If you'd like a cooler at home, we can help there too.
