Questions from Crouch customers

Do I need to do anything?

No. There's nothing to sign up to or transfer. When your system is next due a service, or if you have a problem, just get in touch and mention you were a Crouch customer.

Can you service the system Crouch installed?

Yes. We service and repair every make and model, including the systems Crouch supplied over the years. Our engineers carry common spares, so most jobs are done in a single visit.

Will my prices change?

We'll always confirm the cost before any work. Our standard full service is £139 inc VAT and a health check is £90 inc VAT, with commercial maintenance priced to suit the premises. If you had a contract in place, call us and we'll talk it through.

Do you still cover launderettes and commercial premises?

Yes, that's a big part of what we do. We run maintenance schedules for launderettes, hotels, care homes and other high-demand premises, and can work outside normal hours to avoid disrupting trade.
