A local business that grew up with Kent's water
Kent sits on chalk and limestone, which gives it some of the hardest water in the country. We've spent three decades dealing with what that means in practice: furred-up boilers, failing dishwashers, limescale on everything, and skin that never quite feels right after a shower.
Along the way we've grown by joining forces with others who knew the same ground. Our merger with Cascade Water Softeners in 2014, and more recently with Crouch Water Softeners, brought experienced engineers and long-standing customers into the team, and let us cover more of Kent than ever.

We're one of very few companies authorised for Harvey and Kinetico, and an EcoWater Local Expert, alongside Hague. We also install Quooker, Qettle, Franke and Borg & Overström.

Trained, experienced, and ours
Every installation and service visit is carried out by our own engineers, fully trained and experienced across the systems we supply. We don't hand work to subcontractors, which is why the standard doesn't vary from job to job.
Most of what we do is repairs and servicing as much as new installations, and we'll often get an older system running efficiently again rather than sell you a replacement you don't need. It's slower money, but it's how you end up with customers who stay.
